Sweet Dreams: wearable sleep technology

Having experienced insomnia in the past, I set out to utilise wearable technology in the form of an Arduino Lilypad. The garment simulates a massage motion on the back - enabling the release of melatonin and the reduction of cortisol. Therefore, improving sleep.
